A single referral form sends your patient's case (with their consent) into the right funding stream — Energy Company Obligation 4, Local Authority Flex, Great British Insulation Scheme, or Boiler Upgrade Scheme — and connects them to a vetted local assessor.

Why this matters

The evidence base is now substantial:

• Cold, damp homes drive an estimated 10,000 excess winter deaths in England and Wales every year, predominantly cardiovascular and respiratory.
• Children in damp housing are roughly three times more likely to have asthma, eczema and respiratory infections than peers in well-conditioned homes.

• 3. Improve — eligible improvements (insulation, heating, ventilation, damp remediation) are funded through the appropriate scheme with no cost to the patient.
